As You Like It — Act 3, Scene 1: A room in the palace.

Duke Frederick brings in Oliver and presses him about Orlando, demanding to know why his brother has not been found. He says that, though mercy is holding him back somewhat, he still wants Orlando located wherever he is and brought back dead or alive within a year. Until Oliver can prove himself innocent through Orlando’s own testimony, Frederick orders Oliver’s lands and possessions seized. Oliver tries to defend himself by claiming he never loved Orlando, but that only makes Frederick more angry. The duke then orders him driven out at once and tells his officers to take control of Oliver’s house and property.
