The Life of King Henry the Fifth — Act 2, Scene 3: London. Before a tavern.

At the tavern, Pistol, the Hostess, Nym, Bardolph, and the Boy gather after hearing that Falstaff is dead. The Hostess insists on telling how he died peacefully, with his mind wandering and his body growing cold, and she describes his last words and signs as she saw them. The Boy and others add their own remarks about Falstaff’s habits, while Bardolph laments that the comfort and money of his old service are gone. Nym urges them to move on because the king is leaving Southampton. Pistol then urges everyone to go to France, claims they must profit from the war, and the group exchanges farewells with the Hostess before departing.
