The Merry Wives of Windsor — Act 5, Scene 5: Another part of the Park.

Falstaff, dressed as Herne the Hunter, waits in Windsor Park and reflects on the power of desire before Mistress Ford and Mistress Page arrive and call to him as if he is their “deer.” Just as the women run off at a sudden noise, Sir Hugh Evans, Pistol, Mistress Quickly, Anne Page, and the other disguised fairies enter, sing, and surround Falstaff. They pinch and burn him with their tapers while he crouches down in fear. During the confusion, Doctor Caius takes away a boy dressed in green, Slender takes a boy in white, and Fenton carries off Anne Page. Then the parents return, mock Falstaff, and discover that Fenton has married Anne, while Slender and Caius have been tricked.
