The Tragedy of Coriolanus — Act 4, Scene 4: Antium. Before Aufidius's house.

Disguised in mean clothing, Coriolanus comes to Antium and looks around with bitter awareness that this is the city he once fought against. He says he has made many widows here and warns that he must not be recognized. A citizen enters, and Coriolanus politely asks where Tullus Aufidius can be found. The citizen tells him that Aufidius is in Antium and is feasting the city’s nobles at his house that night, then points out the house. After the citizen leaves, Coriolanus reflects on how friendships and enmities can suddenly change. He admits that he now hates Rome and feels drawn to this enemy town before going in.
