The Winter's Tale — Act 4, Scene 4: The Shepherd's cottage.

At the sheep-shearing feast, Florizel and Perdita exchange loving words, and Perdita worries that his royal father would not approve of their match. Polixenes and Camillo arrive disguised among the guests, and Perdita hosts them with flowers. After dancing and more praise of Perdita, Florizel publicly declares his love and asks the Shepherd to join their hands. Polixenes suddenly reveals himself, condemns Florizel for courting a shepherd’s daughter, and threatens both lovers. Perdita and the Shepherd are frightened, and Camillo helps Florizel decide to flee. Autolycus then switches clothes with Florizel. Later, the Shepherd and Clown decide to take their discovered bundle of evidence and gold to the king, and Autolycus sets out to guide them.
