The Winter's Tale — Act 5, Scene 3: A chapel in PAULINA'S house.

In Paulina’s chapel, Leontes, Polixenes, Florizel, Perdita, Camillo, and others come to see Hermione’s statue. Paulina presents the figure and lets them marvel at how lifelike it seems, while Leontes is overwhelmed by guilt and grief as he remembers Hermione. Perdita kneels to ask the queen’s blessing, but Paulina stops her from touching the newly made statue. Paulina then orders music and, after urging everyone to steady their faith, causes Hermione to descend and appear alive. Hermione is reunited with Perdita and learns her daughter has been found. Leontes asks Paulina to lead them out, and he publicly asks forgiveness from Polixenes.
