All's Well That Ends Well — Act 2, Scene 4: Paris. The KING's palace.

Helena returns and asks the Clown about the Countess, her “mother,” who is said to be both well and not well in his joking way. Parolles then enters and greets Helena, while the Clown trades sharp jokes with him. Parolles reports that Bertram will leave that night on serious business and sends Helena a message: she should take her leave of the King, explain her departure as best she can, and then wait on Bertram’s further wishes. Helena accepts this without protest and says she will follow Bertram’s will in everything. After Parolles exits, Helena calls the Clown to come along with her.
