Cymbeline — Act 4, Scene 4: Wales: before the cave of Belarius.

Hearing battle noise nearby, Belarius wants to move farther into the mountains, fearing the Roman army may question them and discover their part in Cloten’s death. Guiderius and Arviragus argue that hiding is no life and insist they should go to the army instead, since they have no way to remain safe as unknown men. Belarius says he is known to many soldiers and could be identified, but the boys are less at risk. Their eagerness for action finally moves him, and he agrees to go with them. As they leave, he reflects that their noble temper shows through despite the life they have lived in exile.
