The Third part of King Henry the Sixth — Act 4, Scene 2: A plain in Warwickshire.

Warwick enters with Oxford and French soldiers, confident that their cause is progressing well and that common support is growing. Clarence and Somerset then arrive, and Warwick greets them while testing whether they are truly allied with him. Clarence assures him they are friends, and Warwick accepts him, promising Clarence his daughter as a bride. Warwick then lays out a plan to attack King Edward by night while Edward is weakly guarded and his army is scattered in nearby towns. He urges the men to follow him in Henry’s name, and they all shout their support before marching off quietly together.
